Q: How long will it take for BSSG Inc to respond to my request?
A: Under most situations, contact will be made within one business day. A representative will evaluate any urgency that exists or that is anticipated. Where necessary, we will open a file and begin to review your case immediately.
Confidentiality
Q: Is the information given to BSSG Inc. treated as confidential?
A: BSSG Inc. recognizes that by assisting clients we will become aware of personal, private, or proprietary information. We agree to stringently protect this information and use it only for the purpose of the service we conduct for the client. Client information will only be disclosed as necessary to prevent injury to a person or as required by law.

Q: Will you review unsolved or disputed death or criminal investigations and Cold Cases?
A: Unsolved crime or disputed investigations are a speciality. Our experienced analysts will review investigative actions, interviews, theories, evidence and outcomes. We can refocus investigations on probable motive, analyze key behavioural crime scene indicators, and reconstruct confusing or complex crime events. We can identify additional avenues, suggested interviews, develop offender profiles or possibly persons of interest.
Conducting Interviews
Q: Our company has an employee that is causing other workers concerns. Will you interview the worker?
A: If required, an interviewing specialist can come to your facility or a neutral location to conduct an interview. Special requirements may have to be agreed on prior to the interview(s). Interviews may, depending on the circumstances, require specific team members and depend on their availability.
High Risk Terminations
Q: When our company has to terminate workers, our female Human Resource Specialists are sometimes afraid for their safety. Does BSSG Inc. assist to plan for terminations of potentially dangerous people?
A: BSSG Inc. provides a full range of workplace violence management strategies including planning high risk terminations. We'll evaluate the employee's past work record, past conduct, traits and lifestyle situation and suggest appropriate techniques, language and precautions to carry out the termination.

Q: What type of training could I expect BSSG Inc. to assist our company with its workplace violence prevention program?
A: BSSG Inc. will meet with your company and conduct a thorough needs analysis to best determine and specifically tailor training programs to address the needs of your workers.
Workplace Violence Responses
Q: Will BSSG Inc. work with our company to respond to workplace threats or actual violence?
A: BSSG can provide its own independent risk assessment or work with your company's Threat Management Response Group to determine the best courses of action. Intervention is always linked to an ongoing assessment process that determines impact from changes in a situation and the effectiveness of preventative measures taken.
